Start with our Base Training program if you're new to structured distance running. Performance is ideal for experienced runners looking to improve race times, while Elite is for competitive athletes targeting high-level competitions.
A typical week includes 4-6 training days with a mix of easy runs, tempo runs, interval training, and long runs. We also incorporate strength training, flexibility work, and rest days for optimal recovery.
Cross country training typically involves 5-6 days per week during the season, with 3-4 days during off-season base building. We emphasize consistency over intensity, especially for developing runners.
Yes! Our Elite program includes specialized marathon training with progressive long runs, race-pace workouts, and tapering strategies. We've helped many Ocala runners achieve their marathon goals.
