About This Event
Our weekly track workouts are open to runners of all abilities. Each session includes:
• Dynamic warm-up routine
• Main workout (varies weekly): intervals, tempo, fartlek
• Cool-down and stretching
• Coaching and pacing assistance
• Multiple pace groups available
Typical workouts include 400m-1600m repeats, ladder workouts, and tempo runs. Workouts are scaled to your current fitness level.
